Concierge Service with a Personal Touch
In keeping with our commitment to constantly improve and upgrade the level of service we provide to our apartment community, we are pleased to announce many new additions to the services already enjoyed by our residents.
Do you have a suggestion? Messages directed to the Property Manager should be placed in an envelope with the sender’s name and placed in the internal mailbox located in the lobby. For your comfort, convenience and safety we employ a complement of Full Time Site Staff: Our on-site staff includes a full time Property Manager, a Uniformed Maintenance Technician and a full-time Superintendent and Cleaning Staff.
Non-emergency service is available during regular business hours. Emergency service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
In addition to all other services offered, if you need to make a photocopy send or receive a fax, receive parcels or write or receive an email just let us know and we will be delighted to help. Make sure the sender and recipient name is clearly indicated for each fax transmission. Faxes and/or emails will be delivered to the resident’s suite same day during normal business hours. We are delighted to offer free photocopying during normal business hours at the on-site management office. Address E-mails to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Faxes should be sent to (416) 443-1147.
