The above rent includes heating and water. Parking is an additional $75.00 per month. Hydro is billed directly to the resident by Toronto Hydro.

Lockers are subject to availability and are not included in the above noted rents.

All residential suites are renovated.  The suites are in “move-in condition”  and are spotlessly clean.  The building itself is immaculate with a full time Superintendent on site and an Assistant.

Renovations include:

• New designer kitchens – new cabinetry, backsplash, tiles, sink & faucet, appliances (many with stainless steel appliances)
• Built in shelf for microwave
• New lighting throughout suite –  fixtures and track lighting

Most suites have private balconies with new satin bronze aluminum railing systems.

The lobbies are completely renovated with a combination of marble, stone and glazed bronze mirroring.  Each lobby has new “custom made” furniture and coffee tables together with plants throughout.  A welcoming feature when you return home each day!

The building itself has security cameras in the lobby foyer and laundry rooms!  Residents may screen their visitors before admitting them entry or scan the cameras to see if the laundry room is free.
